We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied and we hope that we can resolve any issues you may have directly. You can either send us a complaint or a suggestion via email to (insert email here) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have already spoken to us and feel that the case has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate your complaint to the supervisory authorities of the sector here in Portugal. Please only escalate your issue after you have already spoken to us and we have been unable to rectify the issue.
