We all make mistakes and we all have regrets.
For these cases we have a 30-day return and exchange policy. Make sure the products have not been used, washed or altered.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Return authorisation is not required, but for our knowledge, send us an email - email@example.com - with your order number and the items you wish to return and tell us the reason for it.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.Send it via your preferred shipping method.
- Please include a copy of the invoice in the package and clearly indicate which item you are wishing to obtain a refund for.
- Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.
- Most refunds are processed within 2/3 business days after arriving in our warehouse.
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
- If you want to exchange your item, TOA - The Organic Apparel will cover the shipping cost back to you.
- Send us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org, to garantie we have the item you want to change for.
- Please ship the item(s) you would like to exchange via your preferred shipping method.
- Please include a copy of the invoice in the package and indicate what item(s) you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange them for.
- If there is a difference in price you will be refunded or charged in the manner of the original payment.
- Please note, packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide guarantee of delivery.
- Most exchanges are processed within 1 business day after arriving in our warehouse.

TOA – The Organic Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges that have strong odours - Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.
